  • TS/SCI Executive Assistant, Springfield, VA (Multiple): Multiple Executive Assistant positions available located in Springfield, VA, requiring a TS/SCI security clearance. As an Executive Assistant, you will independently handle a broad range of administrative tasks with a high level of complexity, contributing to the success of organizational missions. Ideal candidates will possess proven experience supporting mid- to upper management levels, offering centralized administrative expertise, and executing mature judgment in both routine and non-routine situations. Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills are essential. Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS), knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) is a MUST. Desirable qualifications include prior experience in DOD in a related field.
  • TS/SCI Administrative Assistant, Springfield, VA (Multiple): The Administrative Assistant autonomously handles general office administrative tasks, demonstrating the expertise to manage moderately complex duties with minimal guidance. Tasks may vary in dynamicity and complexity depending on the customer office. Strong experience in Defense Travel System and Calendar management is a must. Minimum qualifications include prior experience supporting lower-to-mid management levels, adeptness in routine administrative tasks, effective multitasking in fast-paced environments, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, the ability to create workbooks for leadership planning is essential. Desirable qualifications encompass prior experience in DOD.
